By the time you’re done with a job interview you should have answers to three main questions: 1) CAN this person do the job? 2) WILL this person do the job? 3) Will this person be a good fit with the rest of the team and with our culture? This question about movies is aimed squarely at helping you with that third piece. Does this person have a similar sense of humor? Similar interests? Would they be fun to hang out with? This is important to know – especially on a small team where 1 hire could represent 25% of the company (or even more).
